How The VVRO Zero-touch customer onboarding journey works

1 Customer intiates Video KYC journey

The customer opens the app, and initiates the VVRO process. First step is to choose the preferred language from the 10 listed.

2 Face match & Liveliness Check with geotagging

The camera within the app captures the customer’s face, runs a face match and proceeds to do a short liveliness ‘blink’ test. This includes a video recording and subsequently, the date along with geotag are captured. Once successful, proceed to the next step.

3 ID scan and Verification

With a single click, the customer shows their PAN Card or Aadhar Card in the space shown on the screen and it is captured into the app.

4 Masking of Key details

Key details pertaining to the customer are masked to protect their privacy.

5 Auto-Populate to your application form

Relevant data captured from the customer are auto uploaded onto their application form.

6 Onboarding complete with Summary

A summary of the details provided are displayed for the customer to verify, and once done, the process is complete.

FAQ'S

VVRO [Video Verification for Remote Onboarding] is a paperless process for KYC non-complied investors to complete the entire KYC process within a few minutes, so that we can service you better. We have a video demo available in the "Overview" section

The customer needs to have the following,
  1. Our mobile app installed
  2. Should have a device with camera and microphone for taking a small video verification.
  3. Proof of possession of Aadhaar Number.
  4. A picture of the customer in the live video is captured.
  5. A picture of the PAN card is captured.
  6. The live location of the customer is captured and verified that the customer is physically present in India (geo tagging and verification).

Once the requisite ID proof documents are provided and the face match process is completed, it takes no more than a few minutes.

The VVRO process is completely paperless and contactless. You don't have to submit any of the documents anywhere.
